- At least one year but less than 3: One week of paid vacation
- 3 years but less than 10: Two weeks of paid vacatin
- Over 10 years: Three weeks of paid vacation

Product and Service Discounts
- Services - Employees are entitled to a 50% discount on any service up to twice per month. This may be used for the employee or anyone designated by the employee (i.e., friend or family).
- Products - Employees are entitled to a 50% discount on all retail products for employee use only up to 5 products each month.
