If the Telephone is not working as expected please follow instructions below

  1. If there is no dial tone, first check if the internet is working. If the POS internet is not working, then telephone will not work either.
  2. If POS is working and has internet, then please follow next step to reset the telephone adapter.
  3. Go to the backroom and find where all the networking equipment is and find the device shown as below (Polycom is the name on the black box). Now unplug the round black cable as shown in picture and wait 30 seconds and then plug back in.

  1. No go back to the front desk and see if the telephone is working. If still not working either call Gee or call the provider if you cannot get a hold of me.
